The carved ripples of the tactile wood surface invite interaction, as an array of ten recorded sounds are activated by touch through the copper contacts with sensors and a polyphonic sound module. The hollow carved wood body of the piece thus resonates the sounds as they are activated via a Transducer, transforming the vibrating wood into a self-contained speaker.
